Heat 3 tablespoons of Desi Ghee in a kadhai on high flame. Add 1 teaspoon
Cumin Seeds (Jeera). Let it crackle. Add 2 pieces slit fresh Green Chillies.
Add 1 piece of Onion finely chopped. Keep stirring and cook well. Add 1½
teaspoons KBM Turmeric Powder. Add ⅓ cup Water. Add 1 teaspoon
Ginger Garlic Paste. Add 1 piece of Tomato finely chopped. Add 2 teaspoons
KBM Matar Paneer Masala. Add 1 cup Water. Add KBM Salt to taste. Add
7 tablespoons Green Peas. Add 100-120gm Paneer. Cover it and let it
cook on a slow flame for 12-15 minutes. Add 4 teaspoons of Cashew Paste in the middle and cook again. Serve hot garnished with fresh cream, Ginger
Julies and freshly chopped Coriander Leaves.
