Whip 100 gm Curd and put it in a bowl. Add 3 tablespoons chopped
Cucumber. Add 1 tablespoon chopped Tomato. Add 1 teaspoon KBM
Raita Masala. Add 2 teaspoon chopped Onion. Add ⅛
piece Green Chilli finely chopped. Add KBM Black Salt to taste. Add 1
teaspoon finely chopped Coriander Leaves. Add 4 – 5 Mint Leaves. Mix
well with the help of whisk. Add KBM Salt to taste. Serve chilled
garnished with 1 Mint sprig. Sprinkle some roasted crushed Cumin Seeds
(Jeera).
