Soak 1 cup of Poha in water for a few minutes until it softens. Drain excess
water and keep Poha aside. Take Refined Oil in a pan and heat it with
Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, and Fennel Seeds on a medium flame for 2-3
minutes. Add vegetables like copped Tomatoes, Potatoes, Onions, and Curry
Leaves and Peanuts to pan and continue heating for a few minutes until
cooked. Add 1 tablespoon KBM Poha Masala. Add 1 teaspoon KBM Table
Salt. Mix and serve well garnished with fresh Coriander Leaves, Sev
mixture, Pomegranate Seeds, and chopped Onions.
