Boil 100pm Broccoli, 100gm Yellow and Green Zucchini in boiling water
for 30 seconds. Immediately put them in Ice Water to retain color. Once
cold take it out and dry them. Keep these vegetables aside. Take 50ml
Refined Oil in kadhai and heat it on high flame. Add 1 piece Dry Red Chilli
1 teaspoon KBM Turmeric Powder. Stir well. Add 3 teaspoons KBM Sabzi
Masala. Add sore Water and keep stirring. Add 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic
Paste. Add KBM Salt to taste. Add 1 piece Green Chilli. Add 1 piece
Tomato finely chopped. Add all vegetables kept aside and stir property,
Add fresh Cream as per liking. Cover it and cook on low flame for
10 minutes and then open. Add few strands of Ginger Juliennes and
freshly chopped Coriander Leaves on top. Serve hot. Add more strands of
Ginger Juliennes as per liking.
